手术室新入职护士培训效果评价指标体系的构建

摘要: 目的 构建手术室新入职护士培训效果评价指标体系。 方法 以柯氏模型为理论框架,基于文献回顾、半结构化访谈等方法拟定培训效果评价指标,对20名专家进行2轮函询。 结果 专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.85,第2轮专家函询的一、二、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.229、0.231、0.200(P<0.05)。最终形成的手术室新入职护士培训效果的评价指标体系包括4项一级指标、15项二级指标、57项三级指标,指标的重要性评分为4.25~5.00分,所占权重由高到低依次为行为层(0.439)、学习层(0.311)、结果层(0.146)、反应层(0.104)。 结论 手术室新入职护士培训效果评价体系的构建方法科研严谨,该体系可为手术室新护士培训效果评价提供依据。

Abstract:

Objective To construct an evaluation index system for evaluation of training effects of newly recruited nurses in the operating room. Methods With the Kirkpatrick model as the theoretical framework,indicators of training effect evaluation were drawn up based on literature review,semi-structured interviews and other methods. Twenty experts were invited for two rounds of consultations. Results The expert positive coefficients were all 100%,and the expert authority coefficients were all 0.85. The Kendall harmony coefficients of the first,second,and third-level indicators of the second round of expert consultations were 0.229,0.231,and 0.200 respectively(P<0.05). The final evaluation indicators for the training effects evaluation included 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 57 third-level indicators. The importance scores of all indicators were distributed from 4.25 to 5.00 points. The weight from high to low was 0.439 for behavior layer,0.311 for the learning layer,0.146 for the result layer,and 0.104 for the reaction layer. Conclusion The method of constructing the training effect evaluation system for newly recruited nurses in the operating room is rigorous and scientific,which can provide a basis for evaluation of the training effects in newly recruited nurses in the operating room.
