突发公共卫生事件应急救援中先遣护理人员核心胜任力评价指标体系构建

摘要：

目的构建突发公共卫生事件应急救援中先遣护理人员的核心胜任力评价指标体系。方法拟定突发公共卫生事件中先遣护理人员核心胜任力评价指标体系初稿,向26名有急救先遣经历的专家进行2轮函询。结果 2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.785,专家协调系数一级指标W值为0.594,二级指标W值为0.825,三级指标W值为0.739。经过2轮专家函询,确定了包含急救护理技能、传染病相关知识、应急处置能力3项一级指标、12项二级指标、52项三级指标。结论应急救援中先遣护理人员核心胜任力评价指标体系构建过程科学,内容全面,可为紧急医疗救援队筛选首批优质救护人员提供依据。

Abstract:

Objective To build a core competency evaluation index system for nurses sent in advance in public health emergencies. Methods The preliminary draft of core competency evaluation index system for nurses was developed. The Delphi technique was used to conduct two rounds of letter consultation with 26 experts with first-aid experience to determine the final index system. Results The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaire was 100%,and the coefficient of expert authority in the second round was 0.785. W value for first level index of the coordination coefficient was 0.594,W value for second-level indicators was 0.825,and W value for third-level indicators was 0.739. After two rounds of expert letter consultation,three first-level indicators including first-aid nursing skills,knowledge of infectious diseases,and emergency response ability,12 second-level indicators and 52 third-level indicators were finally determined. Conclusion The construction process of the core competency evaluation index system for nurses sent in advance in public health emergencies is scientific. The content is comprehensive,which can provide a basis for the emergency medical rescue team to screen the first batch of high-quality rescuers.
