本科护理专业课堂教学质量评价量表的编制及信效度评价

摘要:

目的 编制本科护理专业课堂教学质量评价工具,并评价其信效度。 方法 以Kano模型为理论框架,通过文献回顾确定条目池,经专家函询和预调查对量表条目进行修订和筛选,形成正式量表。采用方便抽样的方法,于2019年12月选取某高校护理专业一、二年级238名学生作为研究对象进行问卷调查,评价本科护理专业课堂教学质量评价量表的结构效度和内部一致性。选择参与第2轮函询的11名专家进行内容效度评价。 结果 本科护理专业课堂教学质量评价量表共16对条目,包括教师素养、课前设计、课堂活力、课后反思4个维度。总量表内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.954,各条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.818~1。探索性因子分析共提取出4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为65.487%;经验证性因子分析, χ 2/df=2.536,RMSEA=0.080,CFI=0.974,NFI=0.959,RFI=0.943,IFI=0.974,TLI=0.965,具有较好的拟合优度。量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.892,各维度Cronbach’s α系数为0.886~0.974。结论 本科护理专业课堂教学质量评价量表信度和效度良好,可作为评价本科护理专业课堂教学质量的工具。

Abstract:

Objective To develop and evaluate the reliability and validity of the Undergraduate Nursing Classroom Teaching Quality Scale. Methods Based on Kano model,the initial scale was designed through literature review. The items of the scale were revised and finalized through experts consultation and pilot investigation. By using convenient sampling,238 freshmen and sophomores in a university were selected in December 2019 to evaluate the construct validity and internal consistency of the Undergraduate Nursing Classroom Teaching Quality Scale.An expert panel(n=11) was used to evaluate the content validity of the scale. Results The Undergraduate Nursing Classroom Teaching Quality Scale had 16 items including 4 dimensions of teacher quality,pre-class design,classroom vitality,and after-class reflection. The S-CVI of the total scale was 0.954,and I-CVI of each item was from 0.818 to 1.The exploratory factor score extracted 4 common factors and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.487%. By confirmatory factor analysis,the scale had good fitness with χ 2/df=2.536,RMSEA(0.080),CFI(0.974),NFI(0.959),RFI(0.943),IFI(0.974),TLI(0.965). The Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.892,and Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension was 0.886~0.974. Conclusion The Undergraduate Nursing Classroom Teaching Quality Scale has a good reliability and validity,and it can be used as a tool to evaluate the undergraduate nursing classroom teaching quality.
