地方应用型本科院校护理专业学生完成毕业论文的体验研究

摘要:

目的 了解地方应用型本科院校护理专业学生在毕业论文实践过程中的体验。 方法 采用目的抽样法,对某地方应用型本科院校2016级护理专业学生及指导教师进行半结构式深入访谈,采用质性研究分析方法对访谈资料进行整理、分析、归纳及提炼主题。 结果 地方应用型本科院校护理专业学生在毕业论文实践过程中呈现出4个主题:情感体验呈现双相型、压力适应不良、科研相关知识匮乏、导师功能关键。结论 应关注地方应用型本科院校护理专业学生在毕业论文实践中的情感体验和需求,培养学生的综合能力,增强压力适应和应对能力,重视科研相关课程,帮助学生建构扎实的科研知识体系,重视指导教师的关键性作用。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the experiences of thesis practice in a local college. Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted among nursing students and instructors of grade 2016 in a local college by purposive sampling. Qualitative analysis method was used to sort out,analyze,summarize and refine the topics of the interview data. Results Four themes emerged from the data including bipolar emotional experience,maladjustment to stress,insufficient scientific research knowledge,and the key function of supervisors. Conclusion We should pay attention to the emotional experience and needs of nursing students in the local college during thesis practice,cultivate students’ comprehensive ability,enhance their ability to adapt to and cope with stress,make more focus on research-related courses,help students to build a solid scientific research knowledge system,and pay attention to the key role of instructors.
