护士长临床护理能力的现状调查

A survey of clinical competence of head nurses

摘要:

目的 了解护士长的临床护理能力水平,为提升护士长临床护理能力提供依据。方法 采用方便取样法,应用KOMET护理专业职业能力测评方案评价82名综合医院临床一线护士长的临床护理能力水平,并比较不同特征护士长的临床护理能力水平。结果 结果显示,设计能力水平者(专家)62名(75.6%),过程性能力水平者(能手)18名(22.0%),功能性能力水平者(熟手)2名(2.4%)。各维度能力指标中直观性、工作过程性导向、功能性、持久性、社会接受度,以及家庭、社会与文化环境6项处于较高水平,经济性、创造性2项指标处于较低水平。不同学历、职称、医院级别的护士长临床护理能力水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护士长的临床护理能力总体处于较高水平,但是在经济性和创造性方面仍比较薄弱,建议加强临床护士长成本意识、效率意识和创造能力的培养。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the clinical competence of the head nurses,to provide basis for improving the clinical nursing ability of head nurses. Methods The clinical competence of 82 head nurses in general hospitals were evaluated by KOMET competence development and assessment in technical and vocational education and training. Besides,the competence level of head nurses was compared based on different characteristics. Results Among all head nurses,62(75.6%) nurses had expert level,18(22.0%) had proficient level,and 2(2.4%) had competent level. Among the 8 dimensions,the intuitiveness,work process orientation,function,persistence,social acceptance dimension and family,social and cultural environment were at high levels,while the economic and the creative dimension were at low levels. Head nurses with different educational backgrounds,professional titles,and the hospital classification level had different clinical competence level(P<0.05). Conclusion In general,the clinical competence of the head nurses was at a high level,but it was still relatively weak on the economy and creative ability.It was recommended to strengthen the training of cost awareness,efficiency awareness and creative ability of head nurses.
