门诊脑卒中患者残疾接受度和功能锻炼依从性的相关性研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的调查门诊脑卒中患者残疾接受度和功能锻炼依从性水平，并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法采用脑卒中患者残疾接受度量表和功能锻炼依从性量表对196例门诊脑卒中患者进行问卷调查。结果门诊脑卒中患者残疾接受度得分为（76.18±14.11）分，患者的功能锻炼依从性得分为（33.74±9.26）分。患者残疾接受度和功能锻炼依从性呈正相关（r=0.401，P<0.001）。结论门诊脑卒中患者的残疾接受度和功能锻炼依从性有待提高，残疾接受度较高者的功能锻炼依从性较好。医护人员应提高门诊脑卒中患者残疾接受度，加强其功能锻炼效果自我评估和自我学习，从而促进患者康复。

Abstract:

Objective To describe the level of acceptance of disability and exercise compliance in stroke outpatients and to explore the correlation of these two variables. Methods One hundred and ninety-six stroke outpatients were selected and the Acceptance of Disability Scale and the Exercise Compliance Scale were used. Results The score of acceptance of disability was 76.18±14.11. The score of exercise compliance was 33.74±9.26. The score of acceptance of disability was positively correlated with that of exercise compliance （r=0.401，P<0.001）. Conclusion Stroke outpatients’ acceptance of disability and exercise compliance need to be improved. Medical staff should pay attention to improving stroke outpatients’ acceptance of disability，improving their self-assessment for exercise effect and self-learning so as to promote their rehabilitation.
