摘要：

“熔炉育人”是一种系统性思政教育理念，将高校视为锻造时代新人的“大熔炉”，核心在于通过全方位融合打破思政与专业教育“两张皮”、德育“碎片化”等痛点。该文在阐述高校思政教育现存问题、“熔炉育人”理念内涵的基础上，详细介绍上海健康医学院基于“熔炉育人”理念的“大思政”育人实践路径，并明确育人成效及优化方向。实践表明，“熔炉育人”理念下“大思政”育人通过理论创新、机制协同与评价闭环，有效解决了思政与专业教育“两张皮”问题，其实践路径具有良好的推广价值。

Abstract:

Furnace-style Education is a systematic educational paradigm for ideological and political education. It regards universities as a grand furnace to cultivate young talents for the new era. Its core objective is to address prominent challenges such as the disconnection between ideological and political education and professional education，as well as fragmentation moral education through all-round whole-person，and whole-process integration. This paper first analyzes the existing shortcomings in ideological and political education in universities and expounds the connotation of Furnace-style Education. It then illustrates on the practical approaches to Great Ideological and Political Education adopted by Shanghai University of Health Sciences guided by this concept，and summarizes the educational effects and future improvement directions. Practice has proved that driven by Furnace-style Education，Great Ideological and Political Education has effectively resolved the separation between ideological and political education and professional education via theoretical innovation，institutional coordination and a closed-loop evaluation system. Its practical approaches are worthy of wide application and popularization.
