中西医协同背景下综合性医院发展中医护理的探索与实践

摘要：

在中西医协同战略背景下，高质量发展中医护理已成为推动卫生健康事业创新与传承的关键路径。2023年6月—2025年5月，东南大学附属中大医院作为江苏省唯一的中西医协同“旗舰”医院试点项目建设单位，通过成立中医护理指导小组、实施分层人才培养方案、分阶段推进中医护理技术、开设中医护理门诊、设立中医护理新技术新项目专项经费、建立中医信息化平台等措施，系统整合中医特色护理与现代医疗体系。历经2年实践改革，全院中医护理人才由15名发展至364名；中医护理项目由3项拓展至14项，覆盖全院49个科室；症状管理范围由4个延伸至25个，同时增设互联网+中医护理服务项目3项，有效提升医疗资源利用效率，增加患者获益，为综合性医院发展中医护理提供可复制的优化路径。

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of the integrated Chinese-Western medicine collaborative strategy，the high-quality development of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） nursing has emerged as a pivotal pathway for innovation and inheritance in healthcare. From June 2023 to May 2025，Zhongda Hospital Southeast University systematically integrated TCM nursing with modern medical systems through measures such as establishing a Traditional Chinese Nursing Guidance Team，implementing tiered talent cultivation programs，advancing TCM nursing skills in stages，opening Traditional Chinese Nursing Clinics，setting up special funds for new TCM nursing technologies and projects，and building a Traditional Chinese information platform. After two years of practical reform，the number of TCM nursing professionals in the hospital increased from 15 to 364；TCM nursing projects expanded from 3 to 14，covering 49 departments of the hospital；the scope of symptom management extended from 4 to 25； and three “Internet + TCM Nursing Service” projects were launched，which effectively improves the utilization efficiency of medical resources，enhancing patient benefits，and providing a replicable optimization pathway for modern hospital management.
