“护理学+X”跨学科研究现状及发展建议

摘要：

随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速演进，重要科学问题和关键核心技术的突破迫切需要学科间的深度交叉与融合。人口老龄化和慢性病负担加重，使得传统护理理论与技术已不能满足新时代健康需求。因此，推动护理学与其他学科领域开展跨学科研究已成为必然趋势。该文通过阐释相关政策，总结研究现状并对存在学科壁垒难打破、跨学科人才短缺、评价标准不完善等问题进行分析，提出：以解决重大复杂的健康问题为目标，打破学科间壁垒；以跨学科研究平台建设为依托，加强复合型人才培养；以联合申报重大项目为契机，强化跨学科合作与交流；以健全评价体系为导向，加速研究成果的转化与应用。

Abstract:

As the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation advances rapidly，breakthroughs in critical scientific issues and core technologies urgently call for in-depth cross-disciplinary integration and collaboration. The aging population and the increasing burden in chronic diseases have made traditional nursing theories and techniques unable to meet the health needs in the new era. Therefore，promoting interdisciplinary research between nursing and other fields has become an inevitable trend. This article elaborates on relevant policies，the current state of interdisciplinary nursing research，and analyzes the existing problems of difficulties including difficulties in breaking down disciplinary barriers，a shortage of interdisciplinary talents，and inadequate evaluation standards. It proposes four considerations：aiming to solve major complex health problems to break down disciplinary barriers；relying on the construction of interdisciplinary research platforms to strengthen the cultivation of interdisciplinary talent；leveraging joint applications for major research projects as an opportunity to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and exchange；and taking the establishment of sound evaluation systems as a guide to accelerate the translation of research findings into practice.
