糖尿病足知识图谱的构建及初步应用研究

Construction and application of a knowledge graph for diabetic foot

摘要:

目的 构建糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)知识图谱,并评价其可用性及可接受性。 方法 从指南网、专业协会网站和国内外数据库检索出的DF相关临床实践指南中提取推荐意见,初步形成DF知识图谱内容草案,经2轮专家会议,形成终稿;构建以网页形式呈现的DF知识图谱。2023年11月—12月,采用便利抽样法,邀请15名在兰州市某三级甲等医院从事糖尿病/糖尿病足护理相关工作的临床护士、就诊的15例DF患者试用DF知识图谱2周后,采用系统可用性量表、糖尿病足知识图谱体验调查表对其进行调查,并请其针对DF知识图谱指出不足与建议。 结果 DF知识图谱涵盖了539个节点、49种关系,建立了523条节点间的链接,并实现了知识查询与搜索、知识问答功能。护士及DF患者对DF知识图谱可用性评分分别为(86.00±8.33)分、(80.83±7.42)分;对DF知识图谱的体验方面,护士及DF患者使用意向得分均为9(8,10)分,推荐意向得分分别为4(3,5)分、4(4,5)分;共6名护士及2例患者指出不足与建议。 结论 构建的DF知识图谱具有良好的可用性及较高的接受度,可作为护士开展相应健康教育的辅助工具和DF患者的健康信息查询平台。

Abstract:

Objective To construct a knowledge graph for diabetic foot(DF) and assess its usability and acceptability. Methods Evidence was extracted from DF-related guidelines retrieved from guideline networks,professional association websites,and domestic/international databases to establish the initial content framework and foundational knowledge of the DF knowledge graph. Following two rounds of expert panel discussions,the final version was developed;and a web-based DF knowledge graph was developed. From November 2023 to December 2023,15 clinical nurses specializing in diabetes/DF care at a tertiary grade A hospital in Lanzhou City and 15 DF patients were invited to trial the DF knowledge graph for two weeks. Evaluations were conducted using the System Usability Scale(SUS) and the DF Knowledge Graph Experience Questionnaire,with participants also providing feedback on limitations and suggestions. Results The DF knowledge graph comprised 539 nodes,49 relationship types,and 523 inter-node links,with functionalities including knowledge query,search,and interactive Q&A. The usability scores of the DF knowledge graph were(86.00±8.33) points for nurses and(80.83±7.42) points for DF patients. In terms of user experience,nurses and DF patients scored[9(8,10)] points for usage intention,while their recommendation intention scores were 4(3,5) points and 4(4,5) points respectively. A total of six nurses and two patients provided feedback on limitations and suggestions. Conclusion The DF knowledge graph demonstrated good usability and high acceptability,serving as an effective auxiliary tool for nurses in health educationand a reliable health information platform for DF patients.
