护理模拟教学临床师资培养的现状分析及展望

Analysis and prospect of the current situation and development of training for clinical nursing simulation teaching instructors

摘要:

模拟教学作为一种新型、有效的教育策略已广泛应用于临床护理教学中。目前,护理模拟教学的师资并不充足,缺少专业的规范化培训和资格认证,使得难以保障教学效果。高质量的师资可以确保护理模拟教学活动的有效开展,有助于培养护士的临床实践能力。该文围绕护理模拟教学中临床教师的特征及培养目标、国内外护理模拟教学临床教师的培养现状、分析我国护理模拟教学临床师资培养所面临的挑战,旨在为我国培养合格的护理模拟教学临床教师,构建一流的师资队伍,促进临床护理教学质量提升提供参考。

Abstract:

Simulation teaching has been widely used in clinical nursing teaching as a new and effective educational strategy. Currently,professional teachers of nursing simulation teaching are insufficient. Besides,there is a lack of professional standardized training and qualification certification,making it difficult to ensure the teaching effect. High-quality teachers can provide effective development of nursing simulation teaching activities and assist the cultivation of nurses’ clinical practice ability. This paper focused on the characteristics and training objectives of clinical teachers in nursing simulation teaching,the training status of clinical teachers in nursing simulation teaching at home and abroad,and analyzed the challenges and prospects of clinical teacher training in nursing simulation teaching in China. The aim of the paper is to provide a reference for the cultivation of qualified clinical teachers in nursing simulation teaching in China,building a first-class teaching team,and promoting the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
