摘要:
双侧上肢训练在脑卒中患者的康复中非常重要。研究者们关注患者健侧肢体功能,将健侧与患侧肢体同步训练的模式逐渐运用到脑卒中患者康复中,形式多样。该文对双侧上肢训练的适用对象、实施者、干预时期、训练时间、训练形式以及训练效果进行归纳总结,以期为临床康复护理实践工作提供指导。
