摘要:

目的 探讨护理本科生在临床实习中期对护患沟通的心理体验。方法 采用描述性质性研究方法,对临床实习中期的14名护理本科生进行深入访谈,运用质性研究的内容分析法对护理本科生护患沟通的体验进行分析。结果 提炼出5个主题:护患沟通时的自信心逐渐增强、从有效的护患沟通中体验成就感、无力与患者进行情感性沟通的内疚感、在护患沟通中体验彼此的包容和理解、带教教师的支持增加护患沟通时的安全感。结论 临床实习中期护理本科生体验到护患沟通时更强的自信心和成就感,且同理心处于不断发展中,但是与患者进行深层次情感性沟通时仍然存在困难,临床带教教师需进一步培养其护患沟通能力。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the experience of nurse-patient communication in the mid-stage clinical practice of nursing undergraduates. Methods The qualitative description method was used to explore the experience of nurse-patient communication of 14 undergraduate nursing students in the mid-stage clinical practice. Results Five themes were extracted,including gradually increased confidence,experiencing a sense of accomplishment in effective nurse-patient communication,guilt of inability to communicate emotionally with patients,experiencing tolerance and understanding in nurse-patient communication,and support from clinical teachers to increase the sense of security in nurse-patient communication. Conclusion Nursing undergraduates in the mid-stage clinical practice experience greater confidence and sense of accomplishment in nurse-patient communication,and empathy is in its continuous development.However,they still have difficulties in deep-level emotional communication with patients.Clinical instructors need to further develop their nurse-patient communication ability.
