全面质量管理在护理学线上课程中的应用

Total quality management in online nursing courses

摘要:

该研究从全面质量管理视角出发,成立线上教学管理工作组,选取多个网络教学平台开展16门专业课程的线上教学,构建“全体教师、全部学生、教学全过程、管理全方位”的护理学专业课程线上教学质量管理模式,以达到教学手段有广度、教学内容有深度、课程思政显温度、学生学习有热度、学习评价多维度的总目标。教师认为教学效果非常好,从第1周的17%提升到第6周的92%;学生访谈结果显示,教学第1周90%的学生满意线上教学效果,第6周虚拟仿真实验平台可以满足学生在线实验学习的需求。基于全面质量管理的线上教学质量管理模式保障了在线课程的教学质量,为后续线上教学、线上线下混合式教学的管理奠定了基础。

Abstract:

This study formed an online teaching management working group based on the “total quality management” perspectives. We selected multiple online teaching platforms for 16 courses.An online teaching quality management model entitled “all teachers,all students,whole teaching process,management all,round” was built to achieve five objectives including “extensive teaching methods,in-depth teaching contents,humanistic course ideology,enthusiastic learning attitude,and multidimensional course evaluation”. The rate of “very good” of teaching effects evaluated by teachers increase from 17% to 92% in the first week and in the sixth week. The results of students’ interview showed that 90% of the students were satisfied with the online teaching in the first week. The virtual simulation experiment platform can meet the needs of students in the sixth week. The online teaching quality management model based on total quality management guarantees the education and teaching quality of online courses and make it possible for the subsequent development of online teaching and online and offline mixed teaching management.
