汉藏结对帮扶“1+1”模式在护理学基础教学中的应用

The effects of “1+1” helping model of Han-Tibetan in teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing

摘要:

目的 探讨汉藏结对帮扶“1+1”模式在护理学基础教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取学校2017年入学的63名西藏藏族学生为研究对象,按照班级随机将学生分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组班级藏族学生共33名,对照组30名,试验组学生采用结对帮扶“1+1”模式进行教学,对照组学生采用常规方法进行教学,通过两组学生期末理论考试和操作考核得分评价教学效果,同时采用自设问卷调查试验组学生对结对帮扶“1+1”模式的教学效果评价。结果 试验组藏族学生的理论成绩和操作考核成绩均高于对照组学生,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。试验组藏族学生及汉族学生对该教学模式的评价均较好。结论 在汉藏班护理学基础教学中应用结对帮扶“1+1”模式教学效果较好,可为汉藏班其他课程的教学提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of “1+1” helping model of Han-Tibetan in teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing. Methods Sixty-three Tibetan students who were enrolled in 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(33 students)and the control group(30 students). The experimental group received “1+1” helping model while the control group was treated with traditional teaching method. Final-term theoretical examinations and operational examinations scores were compared. Besides,questionnaire survey was conducted to know the students evaluation of the model. Results The scores of theoretical examinations and operational examinations in the experimental group were higher than these of the control groups(P<0.05). Students in the experimental group highly appreciated the model. Conclusion The teaching effects of “1+1” helping model in teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing were positive. It can be a reference for the teaching of other courses in the Han-Tibetan classes.
