The construction status and development suggestions of national first-class undergraduate courses in nursing

摘要:

随着护理专业已经进入快速发展时期,打造一流课程成为全国各护理院校提升本科教学质量的重要抓手。该文梳理了护理类国家级一流本科课程整体建设情况,即护理类共计108门课程获批国家级一流本科课程认定,建设情况略超过一级学科平均水平,发展呈现区域差异、院校差异、经典课程多次获评和专业课程聚集的特点。基于此,根据国家一流课程建设的指导思想,从挖掘院校优势、整合多学科资源、优化课程设计、推进课程数字化转型、加强政策与制度保障等方面提出建议,为促进护理专业可持续性发展提供参考。

Abstract:

With the nursing specialty entering a period of rapid development,the establishment of first-class courses has become a crucial tool for nursing schools nationwide to enhance the quality of undergraduate education. This paper reviews the overall construction of national first-class undergraduate courses in nursing,and a total of 108 nursing courses have been approved as national first-class undergraduate courses,which slightly exceeds the average level of first-level disciplines,and the development is characterized by regional differences,institutional differences,multiple evaluations of classic courses,and clustering of professional courses. And,guided by the principles of national first-class courses construction,this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of excavating the advantages of institutions,integrating multidisciplinary resources,optimizing curriculum design,promoting the digital transformation of curriculum,and strengthening policy and institutional guarantees,so as to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of the nursing profession.
