护理人文关怀教学模式在基础护理学实训中的应用研究

Research on the application of humanistic care teaching model in training of Fundamental Nursing

摘要:

目的 探讨护理人文关怀教学模式在基础护理学实训课程中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取安徽省某高校2021级专升本护理专业学生128名为研究对象,将其分为对照组(65名)与试验组(63名)。对照组采用常规教学法;试验组实施护理人文关怀教学模式,包括创设情境、激发情感、躬行实践和引导感悟4个步骤。课程结束后通过比较两组的课程成绩、人文关怀能力得分,以及分析反思日记评价教学效果。结果 课程结束后,试验组人文关怀能力得分高于对照组(t=7.853,P<0.001)。从反思日记中提炼出3个主题:理解了护理人文关怀的内涵,坚定了践行护理人文关怀的信念,提升了自主学习能力。结论 护理人文关怀教学模式能够提升学生的人文关怀能力,坚定学生践行人文关怀实践的信念,提升学生的自主学习能力。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care teaching model in the course of Training of Fundament Nursing. Methods Convenience sampling was used to recruit 128 nursing students of grade 2021 from a university in Anhui Province. Participants were divided into control group(65 students) and experimental group(63 students). While the experimental group received nursing humanistic care teaching(creating situation-inspiring emotion-practice-generating inspiration),the control group received regular teaching. After the course,examination scores,scores on humanistic care ability and reflection diaries of the two groups of nursing students were compared to evaluate the teaching effect. Results Compared with the control group,the scores on humanistic care ability of the experimental group were statistically higher(t=7.853,P<0.001). A total of three themes were extracted from the reflection diary,namely understanding the connotation of humanistic care of nursing,strengthening the belief in practicing humanistic care of nursing,and improving the ability of independent learning. Conclusion Nursing humanistic care teaching model can improve nursing students’ humanistic care ability,firm their faith in practicing humanistic care,and enhance their autonomous learning ability.
