老年护理学社会实践课程的建设与教学实践研究

Design and implementation of Geriatric Nursing Social Practice course

摘要:

目的 探讨本科护理学专业老年护理学社会实践课程教学的建设方法及教学实践效果。 方法 通过分析学情、确立社会实践课程目标、打造优质实践基地、重构教学内容、创新社会实践教学模式、设置多元化评价指标,建设老年护理学社会实践课程。以2019级232名护理学专业本科生为对象开展教学实践,采用课程成绩、学生对老年人态度、老年人与实践基地对服务实践满意度评价教学效果。 结果 课程考核成绩为(84.30±2.88)分;从反思报告中提取了“知识的领会与应用”“能力的锻炼与提升”“情感的感知与升华”3个主题;教学前后,学生对老年人态度得分差异有统计学意义(t=5.98,P<0.001);老年人与实践基地对服务实践满意度分别为98.72%、100%。 结论 老年护理学社会实践课程可有效促进学生的老年护理知识与实践技能,也有助于培养学生对老年人的积极情感和创新研究能力,实现学习、服务、研究三位一体,充分发挥该类课程的育人价值和社会服务价值。

Abstract:

Objective To design the Geriatric Nursing Social Practice course and evaluate its effects. Methods The course was developed through a successive process including analyzing the learning situation,establishing the goal of social practice course,building high-quality practice basements,reconstructing the teaching contents,innovating the social practice teaching model,and setting up diversified evaluation indicators. A total of 232 nursing undergraduates of 2019 class were selected as the participants. Course effects were evaluated through examination scores,students’ attitude towards older adults,and the service satisfaction of the elderly and the practice basements. Results The course examination score was(84.30±2.88). Three themes were extracted from the reflection reports:“knowledge understanding and application”,“ability training and improvement”,and “emotional perception and sublimation”. At the end of the course,the score of the Kogan’s Attitudes towards Old People Scale was higher than that at the beginning of the course(t=5.98,P<0.001). The satisfaction of old adults and practice basements for students’ social service was 98.72% and 100% respectively. Conclusion Geriatric Nursing Social Practice course can effectively promote students’ knowledge and practical skills of geriatric nursing,and is also helpful to cultivate students’ positive emotion and innovative research ability for the elderly.
