Interpretation of the INACSL Standards of Best Practice：Simulation SM Facilitation
The instructor’s facilitation ability is a guarantee of the effectiveness of the simulation. This paper aimed to interpret the “INACSL Standards of Best Practice：Simulation SM Facilitation” in detail including the cognitive and skill requirements of simulation teaching facilitators,the selection of mentoring methods,the connotation and purpose of the facilitation,and the problems that should be considered in the facilitation. The paper can provide references for the majority of Chinese nursing simulation instructors.
