Teaching management reform and practice based on Wild Goose Queue effect theory in clinical nursing

Abstract:

To resolve the problems encountered in clinical teaching,teaching management reform based on the wild goose queue was conducted from the aspects of “personnel,objective,position,rights,and plan”. The detailed contents included re-grouping the staff team,developing the team objectives,making sure the team position,planning team scheme. The clinical nursing teaching management mode based on the theory of wild goose queue effect would optimize the structure of the teaching teams and make age distribution,title composition and educational background structure of the teaching team more reasonable. It would provide reference for improving the ability of clinical nursing teaching and optimize the clinical nursing teaching team.
