Abstract:

Objective To systematically review the influence of role modeling on nursing students’ professional identity. Methods Databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,ProQuest,Scopus were comprehensively searched from their inception to July 2023 to collect qualitative studies on the influence of role modeling on nursing students’ professional identity. The quality of the included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. The results were integrated by the aggregative synthesis method.
