Results The total score of interdisciplinary cooperation ability of ICU nurses was(124.79±16.76). The results of multiple linear regression showed that the educational background, learning experience outside the hospital, interest in participating in interprofessional cooperative learning training, the cognition of the necessity of understanding other medical specialties, and nursing work environment entered the regression equation(P<0.05),which explained 55.7% of the total variation of interdisciplinary cooperative ability of ICU nurses. Conclusion The interdisciplinary cooperation ability of ICU nurses is on the upper middle level. Nursing managers should formulate related systems and measures according to ICU characteristics to improve ICU nursing working environment so as to improve ICU nurses’ interdisciplinary cooperation ability.
