A study on the development and application of distance training courses on health management of chronic heart failure for community health workers

Abstract:

Objective To develop and explore the application effect of the distance training courses on health management of chronic heart failure for community health workers. Methods A training and teaching group for chronic heart failure health management of community medical staff was set up to develop training courses. Then,the distance training for community health workers was conducted in a medical alliance with a remote training platform. Finally,course assessment and questionnaires survey among 333 community health workers were used to collect feedback on the distance training courses and evaluate the application effect. Results All of the community health workers completed the course and passed the assessment examinations. Their satisfactions with the training was≥97.00%. Conclusion Under the epidemic environment,the training program designed and developed according to the characteristics of the community, can provide convenient training method for community health workers with chronic heart failure health management. All the trainees could complete the training as required and were satisfied with the training.
