Reform and practice of Pediatric Nursing in a higher vocational college

Abstract:

Pediatric Nursing,as a major course,has its own particularity in training of pediatric nursing talents. Based on the results of previous survey,three-dimensional teaching objectives were determined. The teaching contents were re-organized according to the thoughts of “position-course-competition-certificate” as a whole. Online and offline resources were used for the teaching. The process evaluation system was improved and a series of curriculum reform measures such as value-added evaluation were explored. After the practice,three-dimensional learning objectives were achieved. Knowledge distribution and ideological and political education were realized at the same time. A group of high-quality talents in pediatric care were cultivated.
