Abstract: This paper introduced the professional role，job responsibilities，training and certification，and development of nutrition support nurses in the United States. Relevant suggestions were proposed based on the current practice in China. We aimed to provide references to improve the training，certification，evaluation and management system for nutrition support nurses development. Besides，we hoped physicians and nurses can cooperate together to contribute to the nutrition support nurses development.
