护理本科生情境模拟学习前准备的影响因素研究

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students’ pre-simulation preparation for scenario simulation. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with junior students participating in a scenario-based simulation operation at a School of Nursing of a college. Data were organized and refined into themes using traditional content analysis in conjunction with the Competency，Opportunity，Motivation-Behaviour（COM-B） model. Results Pre-simulation preparation was influenced by a variety of factors，including the material conditions，social opportunities，reflective motivation，and spontaneous motivation. Conclusion Instructors and instructional administrators of scenario simulation should improve the material conditions of pre-simulation preparation，reduce students’ learning pressures，and stimulate students’ motivation in order to promote students’ pre-simulation learning preparation.
