Results The score of on-the-job training load was(3.38±0.89). Multivariate linear stratified regression analysis showed that age, education, number of children, degree of enjoying the work, hospital level, department, autonomous learning ability entered the regression equation(P<0.05),which could explain the 42.2% total variance.
