Team-based learning applied in intravenous treatment safety training for clinical nurses

Abstract:

Team-based learning was applied in intravenous treatment safety training for clinical nurses. It mainly included three stages:the first stage was self-study before class including grouping of nurses and preparation of nurses;the second stage was in-class teaching,which covered individual test,problem discussions,lecture and practice;the third stage was knowledge application after class,including demonstration,evaluation,and summary. Team-based learning can optimize training and improve training experience and emphasize the cultivation of diversified abilities to meet the clinical needs. PBL can be promoted for training of clinical nurses.
