摘要

护理学专业认证是推动护理教育改革、提升护理教学质量的核心机制，临床教学基地是护理学专业认证内容的重要组成部分。该文分享上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院从优化组织架构与完善教学管理制度、临床教学资源整合与适配、师资队伍建设、临床教学及其管理创新等方面开展改革实践，助力上海交通大学2024年通过护理学专业认证的经验，旨在为护理学专业认证背景下临床教学基地建设与管理、临床教学质量的提升提供参考。

Abstract

Nursing major accreditation serves as a core mechanism for promoting the reform of nursing education and improving teaching quality. Clinical teaching bases constitute a crucial component of the content covered by nursing program accreditation. This article shares the experience of Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. These reforms focused on aspects such as optimizing the organizational structure，integrating and adapting clinical teaching resources，developing the teaching staff，and innovating clinical teaching and its management. These initiatives contributed to the successful accreditation of the nursing program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2024. It aims to provide references for the construction and management of clinical teaching bases as well as the improvement of clinical teaching quality in the context of nursing major accreditation.
