随着医疗需求的不断增长和医疗体系的日益复杂，高级实践护士（advanced practice nurse，APN）在提升医疗服务质量、优化资源配置等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。该文通过归纳总结国外APN的培养特点，结合四川大学华西医院对APN的培养经验，分享对APN核心能力培养模式的思考。目前国内外探索APN的培养模式呈多元化路径，未来还需要继续融合本土化需求和国际经验，加强探索APN进阶核心能力培养模式，为国内培养更多高素质高级护理实践人才、满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求提供参考。

With the continuous growth of medical demands and the increasing complexity of the medical system，advanced practice nurses（APNs） are playing an increasingly important role in improving the quality of medical services and optimizing the allocation of resources. This article summarizes the training characteristics of APN abroad and combines the training experience of APN in West China Hospital of Sichuan University to share thoughts on the training model of core competencies of APN. Currently，the development of advanced practical talent cultivation models at home and abroad shows diversified paths. In the future，it is necessary to continue to integrate local demands and international experiences，strengthen the exploration of advanced core ability cultivation models for APN talents，and provide references for cultivating more high-quality APN talents in China to meet the growing health needs of the people.
