目的 汉化产妇出院后应对困难量表（Post-Discharge Coping Difficulty Scale-New Mother Form）,并检验中文版量表的信效度,为我国产妇出院后应对困难情况的评估提供科学的测量工具。方法 对量表进行翻译、回译、文化调适以及预调查,确定中文版产妇出院后应对困难量表的条目,然后对青岛市的200例产妇进行问卷调查,评价量表的信效度。 结果 中文版产妇出院后应对困难量表共保留10个条目,量表水平和条目水平的内容效度指数均为1,探索性因子分析共提取1个公因子,累计方差贡献率达81.627%;中文版产妇出院后应对困难量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.974,折半信度为0.968,重测信度为0.971。 结论 中文版产妇出院后应对困难量表具有良好的信度、效度,可用于我国产妇出院后应对困难情况的评价。

Objective To translate the Post-Discharge Coping Difficulty Scale-New Mother Form and test its reliability and validity. Methods After translation,back translation,cultural adjustment and preliminary assessment on the scale,the Chinese version of the scale was finalized. Then the questionnaire was distributed to 200 pregnant women in Qingdao to evaluate its reliability and validity. Results The Chinese version of the scale included 10 items.The scale-level content validity index and the item-level content validity index were both 1. One factor was extracted by exploratory factor analysis. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 81.627%. the Chinese version of the scale had a Cronbach’s α coefficient of 0.974,the half-reliability of 0.968,and the retest reliability of 0.971. Conclusion The Chinese version of the scale has good reliability and validity,and can be applied to evaluate the coping difficulties of Chinese women after discharge.
