研究通过查阅文献和14名专家讨论分析确定了医院护理学科建设体系,该体系包括组织管理体系、人才培养体系、临床护理体系、护理科研体系、教学培训体系、辐射交流体系、学科评估体系,简称“六建一评”。从组织管理、制度、考核与评价3个方面对“六建一评”护理学科建设体系的运行进行质量控制。通过实践,形成了“护理学科树”,建立了“学科带头人—学科团队—研究方向”学科管理架构,制订了学科建设发展规划;形成了“学科带头人—后备人才—各职业发展路径护理人才”的人才梯队;近3年,开展护理新业务、新技术20余项,护理质量改善项目400余项,参与制订国家级护理标准规范/指南/专家共识7项,申报护理科研项目300余项,发表论文700余篇,申报专利50余项,选派400余名护理人员赴基层协作医院帮扶指导,开展护理适宜技术推广32项;有3个国家级、13个省级专科护士培训基地,并于2019年通过教育部专业认证临床实习基地评审。

Through literature review and discussions by 14 experts,the construction system of nursing discipline in the hospital was determined and the system included the organization management system,talents cultivation system,clinical nursing system,nursing research system,teaching and training system,communication and exchange system and discipline evaluation system,all of which were summarized into “Six Constructions and One Evaluation”. The quality control of this nursing discipline construction system was carried out from three aspects including organization management,institutions,assessment and evaluation. Through the practice,the nursing discipline tree had been formed,the discipline management framework of “discipline leader-discipline team-research direction” had been established as well,and the discipline construction and development plan had been formulated. In addition,the talent team consisting of discipline leaders,reserve talents and nursing talents of various career development paths has been formed. For nearly three years,more than 20 new nursing techniques and more than 400 nursing quality improvement projects have been conducted. We have participated in the formulation of 7 national nursing standards/guidelines/expert consensus. Moreover,more than 300 nursing research projects have been applied,more than 700 papers have been published and more than 50 patents have been applied. More than 400 nursing staff were selected to assist and guide primary hospitals,in which 32 appropriate nursing techniques were promoted. There are 3 national and 13 provincial specialist nurse training bases affiliated to this hospital. The hospital passed the assessment of clinical practice base accreditation by the Ministry of Education in 2019.
