摘要:
目的 探讨多维衰弱的概念内涵。 方法 系统检索Web of Science、PubMed、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中多维衰弱相关文献,检索时限为建库至2025年3月。采用Walker和Avant概念分析法对多维衰弱进行概念分析。 结果 最终纳入46篇文献,多维衰弱包括跨维交互、动态转归、轨迹异质3个定义属性;前因包括一般人口学因素、疾病与用药史、日常行为模式和心理因素;后果包括日常生活活动依赖、认知障碍、并发症(发生)风险上升。 结论 多维衰弱是一个复杂的动态结构,其起因多样,所造成的后果较为严重,且贴合我国文化背景的多维衰弱评估工具较少。该研究可为多维衰弱的理论深化与干预实践提供一定参考。
