多维衰弱的概念分析

摘要：

目的探讨多维衰弱的概念内涵。方法系统检索Web of Science、PubMed、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中多维衰弱相关文献，检索时限为建库至2025年3月。采用Walker和Avant概念分析法对多维衰弱进行概念分析。结果最终纳入46篇文献，多维衰弱包括跨维交互、动态转归、轨迹异质3个定义属性；前因包括一般人口学因素、疾病与用药史、日常行为模式和心理因素；后果包括日常生活活动依赖、认知障碍、并发症（发生）风险上升。结论多维衰弱是一个复杂的动态结构，其起因多样，所造成的后果较为严重，且贴合我国文化背景的多维衰弱评估工具较少。该研究可为多维衰弱的理论深化与干预实践提供一定参考。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the conceptual connotation of multidimensional frailty. Methods Relevant literature on multidimensional frailty was systematically retrieved from Web of Science，PubMed，CNKI，Wanfang，VIP，and China Biomedical Literature Database，with the search period spanning from database inception to March 2025. The Walker and Avant concept analysis method was applied. Results A total of 46 articles were included. Multidimensional frailty comprises three defining attributes：cross-dimensional interactions，dynamic transitions，and trajectory heterogeneity. Pre-factors include general demographic factors，disease and medication history，daily behavioral patterns，and psychological factors. Consequences encompass increased risk of dependence in activities of daily living，dementia，and complications. Conclusion Multidimensional frailty is a complex dynamic construct with diverse causes and severe consequences. Additionally，there are relatively few multidimensional frailty assessment tools that align with the cultural context of China. This study may provide certain references for the theoretical deepening and intervention practice related to multidimensional frailty.
