案例推理在培养护理实习生处理护患关系能力中的应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探索案例推理对护理实习生处理护患关系能力的影响。方法将研究对象随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组学生采用案例推理,即教授、指导学生利用案例库里的案例源来解决学生临床实践中遇到的护患关系问题;对照组学生则采取求助家人、朋友或其他方式解决在临床实践中遇到的护患人际关系问题,采用自制的护理实习生处理护患关系能力量表进行效果评价。结果干预后试验组护理实习生处理护患关系能力量表各维度得分（除亲和力外）及总分高于对照组,具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论将案例推理运用于护理实习生,有助于提高护理实习生处理护患关系能力,可广泛用于高校的护理人际沟通、护理礼仪等课程以及护士岗前培训等。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of case-based reasoning on nurse patient relationship of nursing interns. Methods The students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Students in the experimental group received the case-based reasoning teaching. The instructors taught the students to use the case sources to solve the problems regarding the interpersonal relationship issues between the nursing students and patients during the clinical placement. Students in the control group could ask help from families,friends or others to solve the interpersonal relationship issues between patients and nursing students. The self-made scale of the Interpersonal Communication Abilities of Nursing Interns was used. Results After the intervention,students' dimensional scores of the Interpersonal Communication Abilities of Nursing Interns（except for affinity dimension）and total scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The case-based reasoning can help to improve the interpersonal communication abilities of nursing interns,which can be widely used in college nursing interpersonal communication and nursing etiquette courses,and pre-job training for nurses.
