Application of health education based on question classification in patients with Parkinson's disease

摘要: 目的 旨在探讨以问题分类为基础的健康教育在帕金森病住院患者中的应用效果。方法 选取某三级甲等医院神经内科于2017年1月—2018年1月接受住院治疗的帕金森病患者80例为研究对象,分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受责任护士以幻灯片形式进行的健康教育;试验组接受以问题分类为基础的健康教育,包括问题诊断、问题探究、问题建模、问题解决。干预后,比较两组疾病不确定感、焦虑抑郁和生活质量。结果 干预后,试验组疾病不确定感、焦虑和抑郁得分均低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组生活质量得分高于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论 以问题分类为基础的健康教育能更有效地改善帕金森病患者治疗期间疾病不确定感、焦虑抑郁心理和提高其生活质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of health education based on question classification of inpatients with Parkinson's disease. Methods Eighty patients with Parkinson's disease admitted in a Neurology Department of a tertiary hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were recruited and divided into the control group and the experimental group. Patients in the control group received routine health education. Patients in the experimental group received health education based on question classification. After intervention,the disease uncertainty,anxiety,depression and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the scores of disease uncertainty,anxiety and depression of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05). The quality of life score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The health education based on question classification effectively improve the uncertainty of disease,anxiety,depression and quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease during hospitalization.
