摘要： 目的 探讨上海市郊区新建三级甲等医院低年资手术室护士培训的效果。 方法 选取我院31名低年资手术室护士为培训对象，进行为期1年的针对性手术急救知识理论培训、急救技能培训和情境模拟训练，分别在培训前后通过理论、 操作技能和情境模拟考核评价低年资手术室护士的急救相关知识、 操作技能和急救综合能力。 结果培训后，低年资手术室护士的急救相关知识、操作技能和急救综合能力均较培训前有较大提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。 结论 根据郊区新建三级甲等医院的特点，提供有计划、针对性的培训方案，可以提高低年资手术室护士的急救综合能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects a training for nurses in the operating room in a hospital of subur-ban area in Shanghai. Methods The first aid knowledge training，first aid skill training and situation simulation training were conducted for the junior nurses in the operating room for 1 year. Before and after the training，the first aid related knowledge and skills were evaluated. Results After the training，the first aid related knowledge，skills and comprehensive ability of the junior nurses in the operating room were significantly improved compared with those before the training，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.001）. Conclusion According to the characteristics of the newly-built tertiary hospital in the suburbs，a planned and targeted training program can improve the comprehensive first aid ability of the junior nurses in the operating room.
