降阶梯思维法在护理本科生急救综合能力培养中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨降阶梯思维法在护理本科生急救综合能力培养中的应用效果。 方法 选取哈尔滨市某三级甲等医院急诊科实习的28名2014级护理本科生为试验组,采用降阶梯思维法进行临床教学,包括降阶梯思维理论培训、情境模拟训练和急诊分诊训练3部分。 选取30名2013级护理专业本科生为对照组,采用传统一对一带教方法跟随带教教师进行临床教学。 1个月实习后,比较两组学生的理论、操作技能成绩和临床急救能力。 结果 试验组护理本科生的总成绩为(94.18±1.50)分,高于对照组(P<0.001),试验组护理本科生临床急救能力自评得分高于对照组(P<0.001)。 结论 降阶梯思维培训可提高护理本科生的急救理论知识和操作技能,有助于促进其急救意识和思维的构建,切实提高了护理本科生的临床综合急救能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of de-escalation thinking on emergency comprehensive ability of nursing undergraduates. Methods Twenty-eight nursing undergraduates of Grade 2014 who practiced in the Emer-gency Department of a tertiary hospital in Harbin were selected as the experimental group. De-escalation thinking training including de-escalation thinking,situation simulation,and emergency triage was used in the experimental group. Another 30 nursing undergraduates of Grade 2013 were selected as the control group and the traditional one-to-one teaching method was used in this group. After one month’s practice,theoretical and skill scores and the teaching effects were compared in both groups. Results The total score of nursing students in the experimental group was 94.18±1.50,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.001). The self-rated scoreof clinical first aid ability of nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion The de-escalation thinking can improve the emergency knowledge and skills of nursing undergraduates,and improve their self-learning ability and clinical comprehensive emergency ability effectively.
