口腔疾病患者疾病感知研究的范围综述

摘要：

目的对口腔疾病患者的疾病感知研究现状进行描述与分析，为今后该领域的研究提供指导。方法采用范围综述的方法，检索PubMed、Scopus、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献服务系统、OpenGrey，检索时限从建库至2021年10月，并于2022年3月更新检索，对纳入文献进行汇总和分析。结果共纳入14篇文献，3篇观察性研究报道了疾病感知对治疗的影响，3篇横断面研究涉及疾病感知的影响因素，6篇报道了疾病感知相关的评估工具（其中1篇也报道了影响因素），另有3篇文献报道了一项疾病感知相关的干预性研究。结论在口腔疾病患者中，较少学者关注到疾病感知在改善个体健康结局中的作用，今后可在国内开展相关研究。

Abstract:

Objective To describe and analyze the current research status of illness perception of patients with oral diseases. Methods PubMed，Scopus，Web of Science，Cochrane Library，CNKI，VIP，WanFang，SinoMed，and OpenGrey were searched from their inception to October 2021 and updated in March 2022. The included studies were summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 14 articles were included. Three observational studies reported on the impact of illness perception on treatment adherence and outcome，three cross-sectional studies addressed factors influencing illness perception，six articles reported on assessment tools related to illness perception（one of them also reported on the influencing factors），and three reported on an interventional study related to illness perception. Conclusion Currently，few researchers have focused on the role of illness perception in promoting individual health outcomes in patients with oral diseases，and future relevant studies could be conducted in China.
