摘要:
营养教育对改善癌症患者营养状态、提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。文章从癌症患者营养教育的相关概念、干预策略及效果评价等方面进行综述,从内容、施教者、教育对象、开展形式、时机和频次6个要素归纳了癌症营养教育的干预策略,用质性和量性的研究方法对营养教育的效果进行评价,提出丰富教育内容、加强多学科合作、扩大教育对象、增强趣味性和适切性、把握教育时机、强化教育频次、采用规范的方法从多个角度评价干预效果的建议。
