护理临床思维训练虚拟实验项目的开发与应用

摘要: 教育信息化为当前护理学教育改革的重要手段之一。 山东大学护理学院项目团队积极把握发展机遇,基于建构主义理论、利用虚拟仿真技术建设了护理临床思维训练虚拟实验项目,并投入教学实践。 该文介绍了项目设计的思路和过程,以项目中“股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病病人护理”为例介绍项目的具体内容,阐述了项目在教学中的应用过程,根据项目建设和应用中的问题,提出项目持续改进的建议。

Abstract: Education informationization is one of the important ways of nursing education reform. Based on con-structivism theory and virtual simulation technology,we timely held the development opportunities and constructed a virtual programme on nursing clinical thinking. The programme was then put into practice. This paper introduced the notion and process of programme design. We took “caring for femoral neck fracture complicated with diabetes mellitus” as an example and introduced in detailed contents of the programme. This paper depicted the process in teaching and proposed suggestions for the continuous improvement of the programme according to problems found in the application process.
