The development and effects evaluation of the Nursing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Social Practice course

摘要:

目的 初步构建护理创新创业社会实践课程并进行效果评价。 方法 通过查阅文献、专家咨询及论证进行课程建设。将课程设置为选修课程,共28个学时,11次课,其中理论课8学时,实践课20学时。于2020学年第二学期和2021学年第一学期在护理学院本科生中进行小规模的授课。通过学生创新创业成果、学生考核成绩、在线评教系统、学生访谈进行课程效果评价。 结果 共有26名学生选修了该课程,学生共提交创新创意设计9项,学生的考核成绩为(88.48±1.98)分,学生对课程评分为(92.88±8.87)分。 26名学生参与课程访谈,访谈结果共提取出4个主题,分别是“开阔视野”“提供实现梦想的途径”“具有创新创业榜样力量”“提高创新创业能力”。结论 该课程的开设提高了学生创新创业实践能力,获得了学生的积极评价,值得推广。

Abstract:

Objective To preliminarily develop the Nursing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Social Practice course and to evaluate its effects. Methods The course framework was developed based on the literature review and expert consultation. The course,a specialized elective course for nursing undergraduates,was divided into 11 lessons with 28 credit hours in total(8 for theory and 20 for practice). In the second semester of the 2020 academic year and the first semester of the 2021 academic year,small-scale teaching was conducted to undergraduates. Course effects were evaluated through innovation and entrepreneurship outputs,examination score,online evaluation and student interviews. Results Twenty-six students took the course. Students submitted 9 innovative designs. Students got a course score of(88.48±1.98). The course effects score was(92.88±8.87). Twenty-six students participated in the interview and 4 themes were extracted which were “broaden horizon”“ providing a way to dreams”“power of role models of innovation and entrepreneurship”“improving students’ abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship”. Conclusion This course has improved students’ abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship practice,with a positive evaluation from students,and is worthy of promotion.
