癌症患者居家体力活动依从性影响因素和改善策略的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract:

Physical activity can improve the activity endurance，reduce the risk of recurrence，improve the prognosis of cancer，and enhance the quality of life of cancer survivors. However，the patient compliance is not good in the actual intervention. This paper systematically reviewed compliance and related studies of physical activity interventions in cancer survivors at home，including the evaluation methods，influencing factors and improving strategies，and put forward strategies to improve adherence. Hopefully，this paper will provide reference for nursing practice in home physical activity intervention of cancer survivors.
