Application of action research in nursing undergraduate clinical teaching:a scoping review

摘要:

目的 全面综合分析国内外行动研究在护理本科生临床教学中的应用现状,旨在为临床护理教育者开展行动研究提供参考。 方法 基于Arksey和O’Malley范围综述方法学框架,检索Scopus、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网、万方知识数据服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库9个中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年1月24日,并由2名研究者对行动研究在护理本科生临床教学中应用的研究进行回顾分析及信息提取。 结果 共纳入18篇文献,行动研究应用于护理本科生临床教学的多个方面,包括创新临床教学及考核方式、构建临床教学指导方案、探究优质教学方法的应用效果;纳入文章的研究模式、观察策略、评价工具等均有一定的差异,且行动研究实施过程中存在不足之处。 结论 行动研究在国内外护理本科生临床教学中应用广泛,并能切实解决临床教学问题,但行动实施过程规范性欠佳,学生参与度有待加强,行动研究的效果评价亦需要进一步研究。

Abstract:

Objective To describe and analyze the application status of action research in clinical teaching of nursing undergraduate at home and abroad,in order to provide references for clinical nursing educators to carry out action research. Methods Based on the Arksey and O’Malley scoping review methodological framework,nine Chinese and English databases were searched,including Scopus,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed. The search period was set from databases’ establishment to January 24,2024. After literature searching,two researchers independently screened and extracted data,analyzed and discussed the included literature. Results A total of 18 literatures were included. The action research was applied in many aspects of clinical teaching including innovating clinical teaching and assessment methods,constructing clinical teaching guidance programs,and exploring the application effect of high-quality teaching methods. In the process of action research,there were some differences in research models,observation strategies and evaluation tools. Conclusion Action research is widely used in the clinical teaching of nursing undergraduates at home and abroad and can effectively solve the problems of clinical teaching. Meanwhile,the standardization of the implementation process of action is not good,the participation of students needs to be strengthened,and the quality and effect evaluation of action research need to be further studied.
