摘要：

目的 探讨五行情绪干预联合耳穴贴压对脑梗死恢复期患者负性情绪及自我效能感的影响。方法 选取在我院治疗的脑梗死患者582例,按入院时间顺序分为试验组（n=291）和对照组（n=291）。对照组予以相关知识健康教育、定期举行讲座、做好基础护理、并发症预防等常规护理干预措施;试验组在此基础上采取五行情绪干预联合耳穴贴压。干预后比较两组护理满意度与抑郁、焦虑、自我效能感评分。结果 干预后,试验组抑郁程度、焦虑程度评分低于对照组,自我效能感评分高于对照组（P<0.05）;试验组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 对脑梗死恢复期患者采取五行情绪干预联合耳穴贴压可改善患者负性情绪,提升其自我效能感及护理满意度。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effects of five-element emotional intervention combined with auricular point sticking on negative emotion and self-efficacy of patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period. Methods Totally 582 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and divided into the experimental group（n=291） and the control group（n=291） with their admission order as reference. Patients in the control group was given routine care including knowledge and health education,regular lectures,basic care,and prevention of complications and other conventional nursing interventions. Patients in the experimental group received five-element emotional intervention combined with auricular point sticking besides routine care. The satisfaction level,depression and anxiety score,and self-efficacy score of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results After the intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the self-efficacy score was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The satisfaction level of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Five-element emotional intervention combined with auricular point sticking on patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period can improve patients’ negative emotions,improve self-efficacy and their satisfaction level.
