摘要:

目的 分析以处理突发死亡模式为基础的死亡教育对急诊科护士面对突发死亡事件时的死亡态度、死亡焦虑的影响。 方法 2018年5月,在中南大学湘雅二医院急诊科中,选取34名急诊科护士,对其进行12学时的以处理突发死亡模式为基础的死亡教育,包括自我准备阶段、面对死亡阶段、总结阶段3部分的内容。 结果 干预后,34名急诊科护士死亡恐惧得分低于干预前,自然接受、趋近接受和逃离接受维度得分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);死亡焦虑得分下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 以处理突发死亡模式为基础的死亡教育能促进急诊科护士对突发死亡事件的死亡态度正向改变,减轻急诊科护士的死亡焦虑。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of death education on attitude towards death and death anxiety of nurses in the emergency department. Methods A total of 34 nurses in the emergency department of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were selected. They received a 12-hour death education course based on dealing with sudden death model,including self-preparation stage,confronting death stage,and summarizing stage. Results After the intervention,the score of death terror in DAP-R was significantly lower than that of pre-intervention,and the scores of natural acceptance,approach acceptation,and flee acceptance were elevated profoundly(P<0.05). The score of death anxiety in T-DAS was decreased markedly after the intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion The death education courses based on dealing with sudden death model can positively influence the death attitudes of emergency nurses,and reduce their death anxiety.
