Ideological and political design and path optimization analysis of 30 medical virtual simulation experiment projects in Jiangsu Province

摘要:

目的 剖析医学虚拟仿真实验项目的课程思政实践瓶颈,并在此基础上提出优化路径。 方法 以江苏省医学虚拟仿真实验平台的医学项目为例,以Kiegaldie提出的4P教育模型为分析框架,采用主题框架分析法对医学虚拟仿真实验申报书文本进行分析。 结果 课程思政在医学虚拟仿真实验中得以广泛开展,83%(25/30)的项目体现了课程思政教学内容;实验项目思政主题以科研素养和医学人文为主;虚拟仿真课程思政评价体系尚不健全,评价阶段仅30%(9/30)的实验项目包含思政指标,且以人文素养为主,评价内容单一。 结论 医学虚拟仿真实验项目课程思政教学仍存在思政设计和教学方法模板化、思政目标泛化、思政效果评价体系碎片化等困境,须进一步优化实验设计、实验目标、实验方式与实验评价,以推进医学虚拟仿真实验课程思政教学质量提升。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the bottleneck of ideological and political education in medical virtual simulation experiment projects in Jiangsu Province and propose the optimized path. Methods Taking the medical projects of Jiangsu Province medical virtual simulation experiment platform as an example, the contents of the declaration form were sorted out by thematic framework analysis based on Kiegaldie’s 4P education model. Results Ideological and political education was widely carried out in medical virtual simulation experiments,83%(25/30) of the projects reflected this. The ideological and political themes of medical virtual experiments were mainly scientific research literacy and medical humanities. The ideological and political evaluation system of medical virtual simulation experiment courses was not perfect. Only 30%(9/30) of the projects contained ideological and political evaluation indicators and humanistic literacy was the main factor,and the evaluation content was too simple. Conclusion Ideological and political education in medical virtual simulation experiment projects still have difficulties such as the modulization of teaching design and teaching method,teaching goal generalization and the fragmentation of teaching evaluation. It is necessary to further optimize the teaching content of experimental design,experimental objective,experimental method,and experimental evaluation,so as to improve the ideological and political education quality of the medical virtual simulation experiment course.
