临床模拟学习沉浸量表的汉化及其在护理专业学生中的信效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Learning Immersion Scale in Clinical Simulation among nursing students

摘要:

目的 汉化临床模拟学习沉浸量表(Learning Immersion Scale in clinical Simulation,LISS),并检验其信效度。 方法 通过Brislin翻译模型对量表进行翻译、回译、文化调试、预调查,形成中文版临床模拟学习沉浸量表。于2022年7月—9月,采用便利抽样法对250名护理专业学生进行问卷调查,由6名专家进行内容效度评价,采用探索性因子分析评价中文版LISS量表的结构效度,并评价其内部一致性、折半信度和重测信度。 结果 中文版LISS共4个维度(认知同化、情感认同、注意力集中和学习体验),16个条目。量表的内容效度(S-CVI)为0.983,各条目的内容效度(I-CVI)为0.890~1.000。探索性因子分析提取出4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为88.266%;量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.980,各维度的Cronbach’s α系数为0.904~0.964;量表的重测信度为0.913。 结论 中文版LISS具有较好的信效度,可用于评估护理专业学生在临床模拟学习中的沉浸感。

Abstract:

Objective To translate the Learning Immersion Scale in clinical Simulation(LISS) and test its reliability and validity among nursing students. Methods According to the Brislin’s translation model,the Chinese version of the LISS was culturally revised by the forward-back translation,cultural adjustment and pilot survey from July to September 2022. A total of 250 nursing students were investigated by the convenience sampling method. The content validity was tested by six experts. The exploratory factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity. In addition,the internal consistency,and re-test reliability of the scale were evaluated. Results The Chinese version of LISS included four dimensions(cognitive assimilation,emotional buy-in,focused attention and learning experience) and 16 items. Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 88.266%. The content validity of the total scale and each item was 0.983,and 0.890~1.000 respectively. Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total scale and each dimension was 0.980,and 0.904~0.964 respectively. The re-test reliability was 0.913. Conclusion The Chinese version of the LISS has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the nursing students’ immersion in clinical simulation learning.
