胎儿异常妇女引产期间家庭支持内容的质性研究

摘要：

目的了解胎儿异常妇女引产期间家庭支持的具体内容，为今后开展该人群的家庭支持提供参考。方法于2021年9月—2022年9月选取11名胎儿异常引产妇女为研究对象，进行半结构式访谈，采用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果共访谈490 min，转录6万余字，形成4个主题：家庭成员有效参与医疗决策（积极收集医疗信息资源、协作进行医疗抉择）、家庭成员的陪伴（配偶的陪伴、其他重要家庭成员的陪伴）、情感支持（关心与理解、共情与激励）、物质与行为支持（物质支持、行为支持）。结论胎儿异常引产妇女医疗抉择压力大，且负面情绪较多。医护人员应积极评估胎儿异常引产妇女家庭支持内容，引导家庭成员参与引产妇女的医疗决策、分娩过程、产后恢复，为引产妇女提供全方位、多角度的家庭支持。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the content of family support for women with abnormal fetal induction during labor induction，and to provide reference for family support for this group in the future. Methods From September 2021 to September 2022，11 women with fetal abnormalities induced abortion were selected as the research subjects for semi-structured interviews，and content analysis was used for data analysis. Results The total length of all interviews was 490 minutes and more than 60，000 words were transcribed. Four themes emerged from the data：effective participation of family members in medical decision making（collecting medical information resources actively，making medical decision collaboratively），companionship of family members（companionship of spouses and other important family members），emotional support（caring and understanding，empathy and motivation），material and behavioral support（material support，behavioral support）. Conclusion Women with abnormal fetal induction have great pressure of medical choice and negative emotions. Medical staffs should actively evaluate the family support needs of women with abnormal fetal induction，guide family members to participate in the medical decision-making，delivery process and postpartum recovery，and provide comprehensive and multi-angle family support for them.
