护理专业学生职业价值观研究的范围综述

Professional values of nursing students:a scoping review

摘要:

目的 对护理专业学生职业价值观的相关研究进行范围综述,旨在为我国护理专业学生职业价值观塑造及培养策略构建提供意见及建议。 方法 以Arksey和O’Malley的范围综述方法学为框架,检索知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、ScienceDirect、Scopus、ProQuest等国内外数据库,采用主题分析法对所纳入的文献内容进行主题分类。 结果 共纳入72篇文献,产生4个主题,分别为护理专业学生职业价值观的概念及属性、内容、影响因素、评价方法。 结论 目前国内外针对护理专业学生护理职业价值观的研究集中在现况调查和影响因素分析,缺乏对系统化、规范化的职业价值观教育策略及方案的研究。

Abstract:

Objective To review the definition,contents and influencing factors of professional values of nursing students,so as to provide suggestions and references for nursing education in shaping and cultivating professional values of nursing students in China. Methods The scope review methodology suggested by Arksey and O’Malley was used as the framework. The following databases including CNKI,SinoMed,Wanfang,PubMed,CINAHL,Web of Science,ScienceDirect,Scopus and ProQuest databases were comprehensively searched. Content analysis was used to analyze the included paper. Results A total of 72 papers were included. Four topics were generated including the concept and attribute of nursing professional values,contents,influencing factors,and the evaluation method of professional values in nursing students. Conclusion The national and international researches on professional values of nursing students focus on the investigation of the current situation and influencing factors. Systematic and standardized strategies and programs for nursing professional values education are still insufficient.
