美国伤口造口失禁专科护士资格认证现状及启示

摘要：

该文从认证机构及专科方向、培训内容、申报条件、资格认证考试以及认证过程等方面系统地阐述了美国伤口造口失禁专科护士资格认证的发展历程及现状。参考和借鉴美国的先进管理经验、结合我国国情,从统一规范认证机构、构建切实可行的专科护士人才培训体系及再认证长效机制等方面为我国伤口造口失禁专科护士的认证工作提供建议。

Abstract:

This article provided the certification information of Wound,Ostomy and Continence Nurses （WOCN） in America. It mainly focused on the agencies of the certification,specialty direction,training contents,application conditions,certification examination,and certification processes. We expect to provide suggestions for the certification of WOCN in China from the aspects of unifying and standardizing the certification institutions,constructing a feasible training system for specialty nurses and a long-term mechanism for recertification by combining the information and experience with our national practice.
